Terms and Conditions

These Terms are an agreement between you and Integradox LLC, a Florida limited liability company, United States, which operates the GoTravels service (“GoTravels”, “we”). GoTravels is a trade name (fictitious name) of Integradox LLC, registered in Florida.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using GoTravels, on the web or in its apps (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. What the Service is (and is not)

GoTravels is an AI-assisted travel planning tool. We are not a travel agency: we do not sell tickets, lodging, tours or insurance, we do not make reservations, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and travel providers.

3. AI-generated content

Itineraries and recommendations are generated automatically by artificial-intelligence models and may contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Opening hours, prices, availability, entry or visa requirements, safety conditions, weather and any other data must be verified by you with official sources before traveling. Travel decisions you make based on the Service are at your sole responsibility and risk.

Itineraries and assistant replies carry a visible and a machine-readable mark saying they were generated by AI. Do not remove or alter them when you share them.

4. Accounts

Certain features require an account with a verified email. You can sign in with your email and password or with your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the Service (including attempts to circumvent usage limits) or use it unlawfully. You can delete your account at any time from My account on the website or from the app; doing so deletes your trips and your posts.

5. Plans, payments and cancellation

The Service offers free features with usage limits and paid subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase. Prices may change with reasonable prior notice.

6. User content

If you publish content (for example travel experiences or shared itineraries), you warrant that it is yours and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Service. We may moderate, edit or remove content we consider inappropriate, unlawful or contrary to these Terms. Trips you mark as public and published experiences can be seen by anyone. You can make your trips private at any time and ask us to remove a post; deleting your account removes everything.

Community rules and moderation

These rules apply to experiences you publish on the blog and to trips you make public, including their text and photos. Not allowed:

Zero tolerance. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users: we remove the content and, depending on the case, suspend the account. In the app you can also mute or block an author.

How we moderate. A person reviews every experience before it is published, and everything reported to us. We do not use automated systems to decide what is published or removed. Depending on the case, we may decline or remove an experience, make a public trip private or, for serious or repeated breaches, suspend the account. We email you what we decided, why, and under which rule or law.

How to report. Use "Report" next to the post or trip, or our contact form with the link to the content. If you believe it is illegal, explain why. We confirm we received it and tell you what we decided. AI-generated content is reported with "Report content" in the app.

How to appeal. If you disagree with a decision, write to us through the contact form within 6 months. We review it again carefully and reply. You can also go to court.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, brand, code and original content belong to us or are licensed to us. Photographs and maps come from third-party providers under their own licenses, credited where applicable.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party services (AI models, photo providers, maps and geolocation, and sign-in with Google or Apple). We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or policies.

9. Mobile apps

GoTravels apps are governed by these same Terms. When you download them, the terms of the store you get them from (Google Play or Apple's App Store) also apply. On iPhone, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies as well. The apps do not currently sell paid plans; if they do in the future, payment will go through the store's billing system, with its cancellation and refund terms.

10. No warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

If you are a consumer, this section does not affect the guarantees and rights you have under the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING ECONOMIC OR DATA LOSS, INJURY, DELAYS OR HARM ARISING FROM TRIPS PLANNED WITH THE SERVICE). OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR USD 0 IF YOU USE THE SERVICE FOR FREE).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability to the extent it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. If you are a consumer, the limits in this section apply only to the extent permitted by the law of your country of residence.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your use of the Service, your content or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms. The current version will be posted on this page and, for material changes, we will give notice by reasonable means. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that state.

If you are a consumer, choosing Florida law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms limits the rights that law gives you. If you live in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you may also sue us in the courts where you live, and we may only sue you there.
